What if my coach wants to emulate Salazaars workouts on me? Can he have Robyn Johnson or Bruce Lehane of BU evacuate the facility after my 4:48 mile PR so I can do 5xmile clockwise?

Rules are there to keep anonymous hosers from running amok. If you aren't a hoser, they might waive the rules for you too.

robynne johnson was on the great berkely high school teams of 1979-81 with sharon ware, shariffa sanders, tanaya king. the boys team had pete richardson, kenneth robinson (the younger brother of james robinson) walter murray and about a dozen sub 48 for 400 runners.

sharon ware beat sherri howard the sister of denean howard who married boxer virgil hill who was friends with my friend irleis perez, who like virgil hill was trained at one time by eddie futch, hedgemon lewis and freddie roach.

bruce lehane, i wonder if he is any relation to former good runner lesley lehane?

I used to run on the BU track all the time without a shirt... back in the days of Borbay..

Men used to be able to run without a shirt no one cared or noticed in the 70s
