Nice.
Nice.
what was her pr before today?
thanks
I respectfully ask you not post threads like this anymore. I know you're a fan but you are a bit over the top.
Thsnks
Very good sign I'd say. She only improved her 1500 time 4 seconds in college, and it was her main event most of that time. Now 6 months after college as a "5K/10K" runner she runs a 5-second mile PR, 3-second converted, and she went out way too fast.
The truth is he is creepy, but it is what it is...
NOP is giving her the special sauce...

But how many time trials was she in during college?
It's difficult for a sane person to understand what some of you guys are about, but many of we track fans enjoy hearing about Jordan Hasay's accomplishments. Either you are a jealous wannabe or have some sort of personality defect to not understand this. Rather than making a pest of yourself, please try to recluse yourself from these posts in the future.
On another issue, Hasay had a great history while she was at Oregon. She was a great student (yes, that is part of going to college), while showing gradual improvements throughout her running career. I believe she was something like a 20 time all-American. Yes, she is continuing to improve under the tutelage of Alberto S., but that is to be expected now that she can focus on running as a career (rather than focusing on being a student first).

In theory sure, but in reality many athletes have a hard time making the post-collegiate transition.

After her 3k breakthrough race last year this was expected IMO.
"Nice" - understatement to say the least.
Alberto is able to get his runners to improve. Gee, I wonder how?
by training them well?
for hasay, it was obvious she was going to improve when not over-raced and without having to study while training hard.
her breakthrough from last year was a long time coming.
and yes, she is not an Olympic gold medal contender now, but you got to give it to her that she has nothing but improved since high school, albeit very slowly at times.
who knows where she can be for 2020? 5k PR today in the mile is pretty good...

Correct. This is also true for the coach of Ramzi. He trained him well. This is true for all successful coaches.

Da Heeeeeeeel
When do we suppose someone, like Alberto Salazar, or one of his athletes, will take these idiots to task for making continuing, false and damaging statements about use of banned substances? It will be a breath of fresh air to see one of these cowards squirm as they try to defend their bs statements (the burden of proof will be on the one sued to present evidence that give veracity to his/her statements). It seems AS, for one, would have a solid case to force LR to divulge poster identification, and then sue for whatever said poster has, or hopes to ever have. The only thing needed is one good lawyer to convince AS or his athlete(s) to pursue this.

You don't know much about the law, do you? The truth is a defense against defamation, even on the possibility that defamatory statements are made. Do you think Alberto wants to go there?
It would help, and perhaps give you some credibility, is your sentences were actually sentences. It would also help if your non-sentences made some sense.
I do think that a lot of us would like to see Alberto "go there". And, he just may have that A type personality that will take him "there". If he would do that, it might put an end to the childish, defamatory and false comments that are made on LR.
I'm certain Alberto stays up nights worrying about some character who refers to himself as you do. However, to intimate that Jordan Hasay is doping is really one of the funniest (yet pathetic) things every posted on this website--and that's a pretty remarkable thing, so congratulations. And even though your legal expertise speaks for itself, it would be worth knowing that Salazar is surely a public figure, and it would be extremely difficult to prove malice when ignorance and stupidity would do nicely as a defense. And yes, I'm slinging some mud around, but when someone hides behind anonymity and like some reflex action simply utters "doping," "doping," "what else could it be" (when someone runs a 4:28???), when you've never met the person in question, never tested the person in question, lack any knowledge of the person's workouts, etc., that's pretty sad.

Hasay needs some new adjectives. "Good, great, tired, good, awesome, great" on repeat for every interview. Didn't she take any English courses while attending college?
