this is my first year doing track and field and i am not fast at all. my 100m is 15-16s, my 200m is 34s and my 400m is 80s. im usually last place in the 100m and the 400m. sometimes in the 200m. the reason im not last place in the 200m is that everyone is usually tired during practice to go full speed.
with my times right now i am thinking about doing the field events like high jump or triple jump.
the sprint i really want to work on is the 400m.its very slow but i want to get faster. could i drop my 400m time from 80s to atleast 60s or maybe 58s this year in track in about 4-5 months. track season starts at my school on febuary 20 and ands around may.
im a 16 year old boy who really wants to get faster.
