I'm sure you guys have watched the Flotrack video of Rupp's post 5k workout. If not, here is the link:
I was very impressed with Levins! Can he hang with the big boy Rupp in upcoming races? He looked much more comfortable in that workout and even did one more rep than Rupp. Maybe that huge base is finally paying off?
Granted, Rupp raced a bit faster but does 10-15 seconds in a 5k really break down the body that much more? They were both racing at or near 90-100% all out effort.
