Hey guys, I am a senior in high school I have 5 weeks of winter training left before the season starts. My main event is the 3200. I have been running 45-50 miles. I do this on 6 days a week with one off day. I also double 1-2 times a week. I do one tempo a week and 1 long interval session a week such as k's. My farthest long run has been 10.5 miles..... My 3 questions are
Is my long run long enough?
and has my total weekly mileage been high enough?
What type of mileage would you guys suggest running the next 5 weeks?
