Jasari's for the 800m???? I don't think so. The Jasari is a distance spike. Get a good sprint spike for the 800m

Mizuno makes the worlds most expensive spike (Geo TT) and these are not far behind. Like a hybrid sprinting shoe, but weighs the same as a distance spike.

plus it looks cooler than any gay Nike piece of shit.

So since your shoes cost more than any one else's you must be faster.

it really depends on how fast you are running. if you are running sub 1:50, then you definitely want a sprint spike. on the other hand, above 2:00 you are running basically a mile type pace and a mid-distance spike is probably more appropriate.

i personally have liked mizuno sprint spikes and adidas mid-distance and distance spikes. look for comfort and weight and for faster running, look for the spike to have little in the way of heel cushioning (it will be wasted weight if you are running fast).

what matters more than your shoe though is your fitness. no expensive spike will give you the ability to beat someone who is in better shape.

the ventrulus are LONG distance shoes they have no spring and they wont get you on your toes i suggest 800-johnson/kennedy 1600-kennedy/jasari(old) i dont know about the new

The JSC plate is identical to that of the Zoom Shift. Go with that.... if money is no object maybe consider the JSC (now available in blue/black), though the Jasari would be better.

The Vents were worn by UCONN star Dan Wilson and I know that Sage wears them as well...and he was NCAA mile champ.

i agree with spikes. whatever looks good and is light. it isn't going to make you any faster or hinder your performance. just get something light and f***in run.
