Lately i've been doing my night run after my usual 2-3 late afternoon beers (I usually drink them after). It feels so much better, like i'm entering the run with the notorious 'runners high'. I'm averaging the same pace as I would normally run, but feel much looser and 'floaty'. Apart from the occasional beer burps, it is a nice euphoric run. Does anybody else do this? Is it bad for me to run while slightly buzzed?
