I'm somewhat out of shape currently (I haven't been running for 2 years). Currently I'm a sophomore and I feel like I'm rather passionate about running. I really want to challenge myself. Currently I run 100 meters in around 16-17 seconds and I run 200 meters in 32 seconds. I want to run 100 meters in 11-12 seconds and 200 meters in 24 seconds by junior year. I'm willing to work as hard as possible to make this happen and I mean it. Can anyone give me some tips?
