Have a bet with a friend to see who can look the most ripped (not necessarily be the most fit) yes I know it is a silly bet.
So I am sorta out of shape and slightly chubs right now. What should I do and is it possible. Im thinking 2 a days at the gym with a bit of cardio to lean out.

I have great genetics and have been super ripped once or twice before so can trim up fast but 8 weeks is a short time span.
