Why not? Wouldn't you if given the chance?
Suzie looks good !
Threesome of my dreams.
I was already a big fan of Brenda Martinez as an athlete. Now I'm a big fan of her as a person. Good for her.
Why do women get passes in life all the time? If a man did what SFH did, women would forever condemn him as the scum of the earth.

I'm a guy but I feel like guys get away with it more. I have so many guy friends that sleep with everyone they can and I still consider them good people for the most part and I know other people do too. I think I'd feel different about a girl doing that
Why not? Suzy is still looking good.
This is a totally debunked lie by the roman catholic church. Try to keep up.

I concur.

Wearing a wedding ring in this photo.
Thought her husband left her after discovering her "secret" life.

They must be friends. What business is it of yours?

I have more respect for Suzi now, then I ever did of her as a runner.

does not look stable wrote:Yikes. She looks like a wide-eyed psycho in that photo.
I am aware that every thin blonde white woman is automatically super hot, but I would NOT be buddies with her. I might go ahead and procure a handy or two, but that would be the extent of it.
You can tell she is not mentally stable, just watch some interviews she has done. Not to mention she was a prostitute and fainted in the Olympics because " I as ashamed I was not winning the race" complete psycho.

Actually, I'd have to say that you sound like the psycho.
1) She comes across fine in the interview that you provided a link for
2) She was ashamed that she was not winning so she collapsed on purpose. OK, bad move. Shows some weakness. Does not scream out "psycho".
3) She was a prostitute. So?
SFH is a young woman who has accomplished more than most in her life. She came from a tough emotional background and has had some problems and made what she now considers to be mistakes in her life. She is trying to fix those things and improve herself. That is real life and commendable on her part. No reason for someone like B Mart to not associate with SFH and learn from her successes and mistakes.

Well said.
Agreed 100%
Exactly. In the interview, she talks very openly about both the mental and physical fatigue she was experiencing leading into the race. She's honest, which is more than many people would be in her situation, and that shows at least some courage and sensibility.
It's odd that people condemn her and in the same breath say they would pay to do her, as if getting on that high horse in judgement of her somehow rectifies objectifying her. And then everyone wonders why she felt compelled to do what she did when she already admitted that the attention she continually received helped fill a void she was experiencing due to her depression.
She already took responsibility for her actions and was upfront about everything that led her to do what she did. She has also clearly moved on, so why would anyone fret about her spending time with other Olympic athletes?
She comes across as troubled in the video, an impression compounded by the hooking. One imagines that she felt a lot of pressure to be an athlete and a feminine woman. The hooking might have been a way of dealing with aging. That she admits to taking a dive is interesting. These are burdens to which most men can't relate. By objectifying her, men become part of the problem.
"The attention she continually received"??? Get real here - she groomed and cultivated that attention in myriad ways: swimsuit calendars, agreeing to the naked bit in the Nike ad, the SI swimsuit issue, cultivating her image as a vapid entity any time she was interviewed. Honestly, she and her husband WORKED to create the image of the sexy kitten athlete and, of course, the male dominated running media and others lapped it up. It's unfortunate what became of her but she was wholly complicit in all ways. I feel sorry for her.
