I am a 800/1500 meter running with a program that involves a bit more speed. I have experienced with lydiard. The mileage has made me stronger however i don't like getting that far away from my speed. I've read some on coe/horwill training and the schul/gray/igloi method even though i don't fully understand them. I will soon be self-coached...how does one administer the Igloi intervals?
What methodology does the Letsrun community consider to be the most beneficial to a fast twich middle distance runner like myself?
