Hey, wanted to put this question out there and get some feedback. Basically, I want to know what you guys feel is a more beneficial method of training? Running once a day, or doing two-a-days? Ive read that two a days make you tough, teach your body to recover faster, and plus you can probably crank out more mileage. But with one a days, you'll probably be hitting longer runs and have more time to be fresh, thus your runs being higher quality and longer than as two a days would be. If anybody really knows what they're talking about on the subject or what they have found works better, then please relpy. Im currently running once a day, hitting mid 80s a week, and am looking to top out in the low 90s for college cross. Im finding it touger to hit high mileage marks with only one a days, but I would hate having to go two a days because running antyhing under 6/7 miles i feel has little benefit, and plus I fell so rested and my runs of 11/12 miles have been of such good quality. Alright, Ill stop rambling, please discuss.
