Andy Vernon is the European champ in many of our eyes. Beaten to the post by a dirty cheating Ethiopian and some Kenyan representing one fo the sketchiest nations on earth..... It's a joke!

Crammy and Paula more than made their opinions clear during the commentary on the TV about this guy winning. Stating he is back to or surpassing the form he was showing right when he was found out to be cheating.

It always amazes me that these guys can cheat to get to a certain level, then come back and get to that same level or better but are apparently doing it completely clean this time around? It just stinks.

LIFETIME BANS ARE NEEDED.

Brilliant run by Andy, I was screaming at the tv (in the UK) and so happy to see him get his first senior medal at the champs.

I honestly thought he was gone with 1500m to go, then saw a vaguely recognisable runner up the finishing straight, and there he was! Very deserving of that bronze.

Gotta feel bad for no.4 though...

Yeah, definitely. A very strong finish, I was very happy for him to get a medal but all things considered, I do stand by my words that he should have that gold medal.

Gemma in the woman's race was equally as impressive holding off Felix, so much guts and determination. Never even considered giving up, awesome to watch.
