3 days per week
Day 1: 30 min easy + 6 strides + 6 min easy
Day 2: 10 min easy + 5 strides + 10 min easy + 5 strides + 10 min easy
Day 3: 30 min easy + 6 strides + 6 min easy
I was looking for a 3 days per week program and this seems like a good option
I will always do 3 times per week of x-training (weight training, yoga-pilates) the same days I go running just before the run
How far can I go with this?
About me, 22 year old male. Out of shape I can run a 22 min 5k. After 3 months of training (5-6 days per week) I have run a 4:38 1500, a 2:14 800 and a 22:30 6k xc a couple of years ago
