Personally, I\'ve grown up at anything under 3 miles is not worth counting.
He counts anything over 800m.
Do you count every run to the fridge/bathroom as part of your mileage? .5 mile your minimum? 1? 2? 3? 10?

I usually have trouble thinking anything under 4 miles is countable, but I will log it anyway just for the sake of knowing what I did.
For instance if I run 15 minutes as a shakeout, I will log the 15 minutes/2 miles just in case I have a good or bad race and would like to know what I did that day. This is pretty much only in a race scenario though, and on a training day would never run less than a half hour or 4 miles anyway so there would be no question of whether or not I logged it.
