yeah, go with this link. no hassle, clearer feed.
ben st laurence and collis birmingham pacing the men. about 63:45 is the plan i think
15:05 at 5k, perfect pacing for 63:40s
30:09-30:12 for lead pack, still on pace. reid coolsaet is still hanging onto the pack, probably not the smartest move as he wants to be running 4:59s, not 4:52s
gotta say this coverage is great from what i am seeing. during commercials they stop the race, as in you dont miss minutes of the race each commercial
they also had a mini screen showing the race during the program when they are doing prerace interviews and stuff, stories, etc
pacers doing god's work. 15:05, 15:04, 15:06 for 45:15 at 15k. never seen such even splits.
pack is still 14 strong. yuki kawauchi and all the guys are still there as far as i can see
reid coolsaet is going for the canadian record of 2:10:0x. he's with the leaders at 2:07 pace, probably not a great idea.
he does not look "letsun relaxed"
the lead group has split into 2 small groups about 5m apart. if the 2nd group starts running 5:00, it would benefit many runners.
60:27 through 20k, last 5k in 15:12, still exactly on prescribed pace of 63:45
1:03:47 for pacemakers at halfway. nicely done
yuki kawauchi has made a move at 65min after pacers drop out. alistair cragg has followed, and now he's alone. cragg onyl wanted 2:09:xx so either he's having the race of his life or he's gonna burn out soon
what a bro, cragg's helping yuki share the lead
That's the Pole Szost with Kawauchi. Coolaset is in sight in the rear about 45 seconds back
That is Szost not Cragg--where is Cragg?
