This site gets my recommendation, but they have limited sizes though.

Bought Adidas Falcon PDX for $29. They originally had them at $60, so not an expensive shoe to begin with. They feel kind of like Nike Frees.

We bought them in Minnesota so no tax on shoes. Wife & I got a pair for total of less than $60.
