This girl never ceases to amaze me. Considering all that she has been through, she comes back to race XC, qualifies for NCs, not only has she just returned from 3mths off running, she fell at NC's and still ended up LEADING the huskies in 80th position.

I'm a huge fan of Megan and think we should support her, but this girl clearly has a problem and she will literally kill herself if she doesn't stop running before she's fully recovered. The entire story is heartbreaking

Being from Michigan, I have followed her career from the onset. Never ceased to amaze me that she could overcome so much. True competitive spirit. Great to see her running and healthy!

Interesting that the photo in the article includes Kathy Kroger, perhaps the only DI top runner to truly overcome ED.

You are the head case for posting such a senseless comment. Perhaps place yourself in the shoes of someone who suffered OCD, depression, multiple injuries, in addition to having a mother diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer who is told she has 2 wks to live, and see how well you handle it.
She had a fantastic pre NCAA interview on flotrack where she detailed the circumstances of the past few mths, she is an inspiration.
First of all, I truly respect her for opening up and sharing her story-a lot of personal information for anyone to read (and unfortunately criticize as well). I can't even imagine going through all of that..I have had eating issues and mild OCD, so I get the struggle there. but on top of that, not being able to run and watching her mom go through cancer as well has got to be tough. You can tell she truly has a passion for running and I think she is going to do great things as long as she stays healthy.
