Run barefoot so your shoes don't get wet.
In extreme conditions like that it is acceptable to take a day off.
Hmmm...I've been in similar situations. It sucks. You can:
1) Run on a track if there aren't puddles on the track (and you can walk between your car and the track without getting wet)
2) Run in a parking garage
3) Run in a school building
4) Try running outside and tip toe around the puddles (not advised...you will probably get wet)
5) Skip running and do core circuits instead
6) Realize that running probably isn't the right sport for you and quit
7) Run in an old pair of shoes (also not advised...running in worn out shoes could lead to injury)
8) Eat something fatty
9) Not run, but lie in your running log that you did
10) Run in your current shoes, but order a replacement pair online before you go out...select overnight shipping so that the new ones are ready before tomorrow's run
Best I can do. Was that helpful?

That's the safest route to go.
I pee in them.
I put mu Hooka Ones on. That water never gets close to me.
Is this a f***ing joke or trolling? It's called having two or more pairs of running shoes. And don't say you can't afford it when you have that nice car, those nice weekends, or paying for your kid's college. If you are a serioues runner, more than one pair of shoes is necessary to prevent injury.
you rotate the shoes
these ones get wet? f***ing put newspapers in them after the run. the next day wear the other pair for the run and put in fresh newspapers in the old ones then also in the ones you just ran in. repeat.
