Here's the deal: So right now I'm a sophmore I run 2:16, 4:56, 17:50. I have just about no future in track. And to be quite honest I don't enjoy cross country. This is mostly due to the fact that I prefer asphalt and getting away from the training schedule of my coach. Just some info on my summer training: started at 42 miles a week, peaked at 60 and then started doing workouts. Do you guys think this is a good/bad idea. Thanks.
