    What is the best Spike for running the 1600. Right now im leaning towards the victory elites. any other suggestions?

    Saucony Endorphin MD4 is lighter. New Balance MD500 is a nice spike too.

    Nike zoom mambas, son (better for 1600/3200/steeplechase)
