I've been doing the plan above for the last 4 weeks, and was wondering if I should change anything to make sure I have a strong enough base for a sub4 mile and sub14 5k? The Monday tempo gets a few seconds faster each week, and I'm roughly at 90-95% effort for the last mile.
Thoughts? Criticisms?
