Last track season I ran a 2:13 800m off of workouts mostly for races over 1 mile. This summer I slacked off and ran quite inconsistently, sometimes once or twice a week or longer. As of now, I'm building back up but not racing any cross country races. My goal is to drop down to 2:05 during the spring of next year. Is this possible? If so, how hard would it be to accomplish that?
