The 1:14:33 Sara Hall laid down to win her first 1/2 marathon gave her a "B" for the 2016 trials. Who thinks she is going to move up?

Her best distances have always seems to be around 3000. 1:14 is not a killer debut, but you never know. Ryan Hall always thought of himself as a miler until it turned out that the marathon was his sweet spot in distance.
1:14 indicates she can run under 2:40. That would make her an also-ran.
Much better off continuing to focus on bogus 3000m steeple events at Commonwealth Games where no one else wants to compete.

Is she changing citizenship?

Sorry, I meant Pan American games. Even less competitive.
You can already run qualifying times for 2016? That's 3 years away
I'll bet that as an also ran she could pull down some appearance money.

1. Yes
2. marathon OT's are more like 2 years away
1:14 does not represent her current top-end ability. It was an easy win, do you really think someone with her speed and mileage base can only pull off a 1:14?

I haven't seen any indication that she's any better than 1:14? What's her 10k PR? 32 something, right?
How much have the Halls earned? Have they made enough to never really have to work a job if they wanted to sit and watch TV for the rest of their lives?
It's her body and all but are they going to have kids? Seems like good possibility of a kid with some good genetic potential for the next generation of running.
They may have earned a lot, but have given much away in the true Christian spirit.

I'm not saying I don't believe that, I'd just like to know the details. I'm sure they donate to the peddlers of biblical dum\bfu\ckery but are they involved with any real charities?
Sara Bei is pretty

And.......would you mind sharing the donations you are making to causes that help humanity and bring comfort to the down trodden?? Otherwise you are just a clanging Gong with nothing of value to offer.
How is that fu\cking relevant and the answer is Doctors Without Borders, American Red Cross and a local organization that helps low-income mothers of children with disabilities.
Now why don't you answer my question or is that beyond your trolling powers?
how rude
You effing ANTI-Semites should shut the hell up.
Wow. I started a thread on a running website to discuss the possibilities of Sara Hall moving up in distance. It turned into muck slinging tirades focused on religion and charitable contributions. Go figure.
I think she is capable of runing in the 1:10-1:11 range based on her 10000m times. With the proper training she could potentially run under 2:30 for the Marathon. It will not win any big race but she will be in the top ten in a major race.
