No qualifying it for me. I'm a 10. I'm a 10 when in shape and when not in shape. I'm a 10 on my worst day and a 10 on my best day...can't be 11 on a scale of 1 to 10, and no Spinal Tap jokes will make it so.

lol
If you mean 5 to be average, easily a 10. You'd have to pick more than 5 random guys from a crowd to reliably find one better looking than me.
If you accept that the majority of guys in the US are not physically attractive, 10 is the most perfect physically attractive traits, 0 is none,
then I'm probably 7 on a good day.
At work (I am a doctor), I am an 8 or 9.
At the gym, probably about a 6 these days, maybe 7 tops.
Women don't seem to be able to separate looks from everything else like men do.
I am a 9, in that I always leave room for improvement. As I continue to get better looking, I have to redefine the scale.

Everyone actually thinks they are above average. In all likelyhood, you are all average looking and a girl would not take a second look at you. And that is okay.
I am perfectly willing to admit I am slightly below average-looking. Probably a 3.5-4. Short (5,8), receding hairline and balding at 23, parents could not afford braces so my teeth are all over the place, bad skin, dandruff, pimples all over face and body, acne scars, patchy beard, bags under eyes that will never go away, skinnyfat despite running 4 miles per day because I can't afford healthy food and eat mostly starchy carbs (Ramen noodles, cheese sandwiches), etc. and hate lifting or doing strength exercises. Feature-wise, I have a big nose that is somehow a hook nose and is bulbous at the same time, and a not very well-defined jawline.
Dude, you just criticized everyone for thinking they're better looking than they are, then you rated yourself at 3.5-4 while describing a 1.5.............
Personally I am a perfect 10 though.
It's great that we have other perfect 10's on here such as Flagpole. That's partly why I like visiting LetsRun so much.
You guys are arrogant.
I'd give myself a 2 or a 3. I worry about my looks every day.

If we're talking general looks, with no height involved...
As far as general running ability, with no actual performances involved, I'm legitimately a 10 when I'm in shape. Some people would argue my odd running clothes detract from my speed. It's a fair point, but I have incredibly attractive running form to everyone when my running clothes are normal. Unfortunately, when it comes to overall runnning performance, my 43:17 10K PR hurts a bit.

At least we're not ugly.
Not considering height: 8.5–9
Considering I'm 5'4.5": maybe 4?
So far I am the only one to post a pic. I think the rest of you are 3s and 4s.
I'm a 10 to my wife and that's all that matters.
I'd give myself an overall 5.5.
Plusses:
High, prominent cheekbones (overly prominent, in fact)
Jaw bone structure visible since I'm lean right now
Blue eyes
Thick, wavy hair
Minuses:
Sloped forehead
Round chin
Big nose
Hairline has receded into a slight V shape
If I put the time in to make myself look decent, around a 7
by putting the time in I mean shaving, showering, using body wash and shampooing/conditioning my hair, combing my hair, wearing nice clothes, putting in my contact lenses instead of wearing my old glasses, etc.
however being a slob I usually wake up in the morning, forsake a shower/hygiene, throw on sweatpants and a shirt I have worn 3 out of the past 5 days and stumble into class. In this instance I am probably a 5.
Probably an 8 or 8.5 when I'm in good shape. I've been told I'm the kind of guy who can go into a bar and get any girl he wants, but I don't think this is accurate and does not seem to be the case in practice, though I still think I do pretty well. I'm 5'11, 155-160lbs, muscular, and have a very good frame (longish legs and a broad chest). I sport a short beard which I receive compliments on. I've had mild acne for a long time, but it has recently cleared up pretty much completely, which has helped out my appearance and confidence. I'm definitely not in as good of shape as I have been though, and I want to get back to that.
I think I'm decent looking enough. I mean I've been with girls and never paid. That means something right? I'm 5'10 and 140, I run a lot. I am introverted, but like one on one time with girls. They probably think I'm gay, but that's how I get my foot in the door and my thang in the whore. Every time I walk into a room I'm like "what up, I got a big c0ck. Life is good. Anyway I think I'm a 5ish maybe 10.
If you are over 35 and you aren't fat you are a 5.
