I graduated last spring. I ran the 1600 and my best time was 4:32 running on only 35-45mpw. after track I got busy/lazy with a job and other things that came up over the summer. I've just started to run around 4 days a week to ease into things. Im planning on running track this upcoming winter/spring. I want to get a 4:03 1500 or better. Im going to put in a some major base training before the season starts but don't know how to gradually "up" my mileage. any suggestions? I want to get up to 70mpw. Or do you guys have any other suggestions? Thanks
