According to himself hes been lifting weights twice a week with Coach Radcliffe at Oregon Uni, but in the DRIVEN series about him on Flotrack Pro he tells that he doesn't do uper body weights, doesn't do squats or deadlift because of a knee injury in college.
The only lifting we get to see him do his a few seconds of light cleans.
Does he really do any lifting? Not much left when you remove upper body weights, squats and deadlifts.
Anyone know what specifically he does?
