I want to beat 1:30 for the half marathon in mid December and would like some advice on this program and if it seems suitable or not or if there is another or some changes you would make,

A little about me. Been running seriously for just over a year. 31 year old male. Previous bests are 1:32 for the half (in marathon training) and 3:15 for the marathon (halve splits = 1:35 + 1:40 - 3 months ago). I've only timed a 5km once for 19:44.
This will be my first time doing interval training.
