Okay so i've done a few and ALWYAS shoot for a PR but i was thinking about just signing up for a full w/o any long runs farther than a 1:40 half a month ago. And just pacing a 9 min run walk type of thing just for the medal and another marathon.. My GF pointed out i'de be mad with myself and a bad time if i did this, i probably would.. but idk.
anyone done this?
