You know the last 100m of 400m if you run before. Generally, we train with heavy weights and doing low reps. Shorly, we focus intensity. Then, how to train for endurance of 400m?
Actually this is not my question. This is the question of my coach. Actually my coach didn't know about intensity and volume. I try to tell something about strength training and I think he has noticed something.
He was saying doing 50 reps to gain strength. After I tell about low reps(1-5), now he say endurance. He asked me to ask you about last 100m of 400m in weight room.
I gave her example that is below:
* First Athlete 1RM Squat = 100 KG
* Second Athlete 1RM Squat = 80 KG
I asked him, "Which athlete can do more reps with 70KG?"
