Symmonds is a baller, haters are few and far between because he's the real deal
1:43.03 is nuts. Hope he comes away with the AR eventually.
What's also nuts is that the annual WL time is low 1:42 or better every year now, crazy.. even without Rudisha.
I posted after his previous win in 1:44.75 (I think) that I was not particularly impressed that he won given the level of competition. And that I would be more impressed with a 1:43.0 even if he did not win.
So, yes, I am impressed. Great performance. Great season. Great career.
