Not necessarily making a living but making good side money, which provinces would you go to for road races? How fast would you have to be able to consistently be running to win good money?
Any of the distances 5k, 10k, half and full marathon.

JUST PULL A KARNAZES AND DO HALF MARATHON OR MARATHON EVERY WEEK. POST YOUR PR'S YA CHUMP.
Okay Mr. Caps... how about answering my questions first
If you are just looking for about $100 a few times per year, than I would say as low as 35:00 is some cases, usually 32:xx. Now if you are looking for something along the thousands per race, than at the worst you should be at 30:00 ability. The only races I know of that offer good prize money are the Canadian running series, Ottawa race weekend, Vancouver Sun Run, and maybe one or two others that are not marathons.
(Times given are for 10k ability)
didn't realize it was that hard to make decent money, I'm not talking for myself I love running but I'm not fast enough I know a guy that can run consistently 31high and doable every couple weeks... He has a decent range but I think his 10k time is the better one, alright thanks
If you won every race in my province that offers prize money, you'd race about twice a year and earn $250 all total, less entry fees.
