I'm talking about Iverson.
I'm talking about Iverson.
Heh. Wow. I can readily imagine a Webb-basher who didn't know how to go back and edit his words writing a different message and saving himself from a typo.
No accusation, just a funny picture I had in my head.
I was thinking you meant Allen Johnson and I was wondering "why would anybody be sick of him?" But Iverson, yeah, okay, that I can see.
Maybe but he also has all that lovely, folding green money.
he will always be just a punk street thug...and...he will never win an NBA title. Ship him home.
Funny how an uneducated thug from the streets will make more money in a year than any of us in our lifetime.
O wait I forgot this is Letsrun.com where every poster is perfect, a scholar, and has at least 1 nobel peace prize.
And your little brother (son) will run out and buy his jersey and try to play just like him (no hope) and your little sister (daughter) would die to get with him. She probably bought his album and knows all the lyrics...
sorry..those are the facts...it's little white kids across this nation that make heroes out of the people you hate...by spending their money on the products they endorse and shelling out big bucks to see them play...
hope that makes you sleep better.
Allen is awesome. He's playing with a broken hand. Where's Shaq with his bum toe?
how can we rag on the basketball players who are still in with a chance for gold, when in out sport (distance running for most of us), just about every US guy is already heading home?? (with a few exceptions)
even if they loose their first elimination game, Allen Iverson had a more successful Olympics than a certain other Allen whose balls you guys can't get off.
Whether he worked hard or not in college, it's pretty tough to say Iverson is uneducated, he went to Georgetown.
