I'm working on the womens 800 this afternoon and realized Montano was a DNF in Madrid after Paris. Does anyone know what happened there?
How has her training been since?

Somebody made a thread yesterday saying they had just seen her finish up a track workout and that she looked good.
I'm curious too.

Yeah, stopping before the finish line is the most frequent cause of DNF now that I think about it.

That and landmines. It's a real problem on tracks in Eastern Europe.
Good thing Madrid isn't in Eastern Europe.
Her DNF was due to a tight hamstring.
