Is there any published record that breaks down the dispersion of the 106 Jamaican tests? How many athletes factor into that number? You would assume that Bolt, given that he's run 9.58 and 19.19, should have been tested at least 20 times through 2012. Warren Weir took the bronze in London...how many times had he been tested?
As always this is all after the fact. It illustrates a total lack of oversight, false equity, and a total contradiction to everything WADA is supposed to be.
