Here is the video. This 300m was second sprint after 500m at %100.

looks good although I didn't see the video.
Well... from most important to fix to least:
1. Relax, a lot
2. Run tall, you are sitting
3. You loom like you are focusing in turnover and are chopping your stride too much as a result. I think this combined with number two is what causes your poor knee drive.
4. Arms are a bit too tight of an angle at the elbows. Open it up a bit. Also make sure your arms are solidly front to back, you cross over a bit too much.
I am going to ignore your three point, you need to learn sprint form period before you try to advance to starts.
+1 on the point that your knee drive seems to lack...drive.
Wish more people had the balls to post something like this!
Keep us posted on your training!
It looks too "forced", especially the turnover. Also the arm swing needs some work, they look like they are swinging too inward instead of straight.
You are chopping your steps like crazy bro, turnover needs to be slowed down.
Most of the people replying to you can't run 200m in 23 seconds.
Ehh is there really anything wrong and choppy about his form? Didn't Michael Johnson have similar form?
Yes MJ had a short stride for a sprinter with a very high turnover.
