School is going to start in 2 weeks and I need some help figuring out how I'm going to be doing doubles during school. Over the summer they've been pretty easy and I plan to keep them at 4x per week and then gradually reducing them until our taper week.
I need to be in class by 8:15 everyday. XC practice ends at 6 or 6:30. I also have 4 AP classes so I'll have a lot of homework. I'm thinking I'll need to run at 6:30 AM for a 30-45 minute run, and then get ready for school. But that doesn't leave enough time for sleep. Any advice?
