Has anyone been able to successfully coach an ADHD athlete that is the combination type (inattentive/hyperactive)?
I am looking for tips, as so far this type of individual is non-committal, refuses to show common courtesy/respect, follow any structure or directions, continually shows up late, and is insubordinate. Maybe I can learn from the LR community some tips or strategies to run a practice that allows this type of individual to flourish and stay committed and focused in one direction/sport/task.
