Is there really any difference between female and male running shorts. I ask this because I always hear the girls on my team say how they got their nice shorts for $10-15 while it is difficult to find any guys shorts under $20-25. I wouldn't mind running in girls shorts as long as I get a more masculine color.
Or if you can, what is a good place to buy running shorts at?
The lining is skinnier. Your balls might pop out.
Some of them have vag pads but that probably isn't a big deal for you.

I know someone else that wears girl shorts, but it's kind of awkward because one day another girl had on the same ones.

i have a couple pairs of womens shorts (they were cheap and available when needed)
haven't noticed any differences other than the nike ones aren't split high enough to be comfortable at full stride, though that would be the same if i were female.
go get some female shorts in dark colors. nobody will ever know and you'll save money
Yeah, I've got 3-4 pairs of women's shorts (3 Nike, one a Target store-brand). Picked them up on clearance for about $5/each, so it was hard to pass up. Like the poster above said, the leg movement is restricted, so I had to get larges, making the waist too large, so I need to tie the string when I wear them, but otherwise its NBD.
The photographer went nuts with a filter or photoshop or something. It's like he was trying to make them look like photos from Auschwitz.
So it looks like that girls shorts are worth getting to save some money. My last concern is buying them. How should I go about getting them without looking weird? Online maybe?
So if I normally buy mediums for men I should get women's large?
Is there really a difference between the two pairs? They both give support just one is a little more sung... that is my opinion! You can take it or leave it, it’s up to you in the end.
