I dont think its possible to run a 10.15 perfectly clean, with the science background the u.s. and other developed countries had after ww2 I believe doping was widespread as early as the mid 50's

Anything under 11 seconds is pretty suspect. I ran 100m once after a run and did it in 13.2 seconds with a running start. How can anyone run more than 2 seconds faster than me??? I was wearing trainers but still...
For sure testosterone has been around for a long time (late 1930's?) and roids were available and in general use even when Bob Hayes was competing, and Mennea admitted to using HGH.
I also believe it possible to cleanly go sub-10.15, especially with max wind.

yeah but have you been tested? 13.2 seems suspect to me
how can you know that nobody spiked your drinks?

I knew a guy that ran a 12.8 , his eyeballs were out and he had braces, damn high schooler pulled away in the last 30, I filed a protest to usatf
it is possible to run under 10s clean - my opinion. there are a lot of sprinters that run about 10.2 clean, with good condition there is chance under 10.
You can't even qualify for nationals then without drugs.
Are you saying everyone who goes to nationals in jamaica and the US is loaded OP?
You're just speculating, you're drawing an arbitrary line in the sand at 10.15, you have no evidence or facts upon which to base your claim, and except for those who either tested positive, confessed or whose guilt was otherwise implicated by real, credible evidence (which hearsay is not), you have no idea who was doping and who wasn't.
also if you dont believe that Bolt is clean - I dont believe too - there what would be his time if he would be completly clean. I think there is chance that he would run under 10 because of his special physiology
a bunch of clean white guys from Europe around 10.2s
10.15 is very hard to do clean and you need a wind behind your back. I ran 10.5 clean and it wiped me out for 2 weeks lol didn't even feel like sprinting. Based on my time I believe 10.1 is possible clean with max wind but very hard to do. I know a clean sprinter and he ran 10.27 clean and 10.11 with a hurricane wind I believe 4.0 he believes he cant go much faster. Also 95% of guys I know on drugs run between 10.1 and 10.5. Even Ben Johnson ran 10.1 on drugs lol
We have this little thing called drug testing which has caught many of the sport's most high-profile athletes. If testing was able to catch 9.69 Tyson Gay, there's no reason to think a 9.99 sprinter who didn't test positive somehow just had a better chemist who was able to beat the tests. You overestimate the impact of drugs anyway. They probably shave a tenth of your 100m time.
I think at top level max -0.2 with drugs - I dont think you can get -0.5. That is the reason why should Bolt run under 10s clean
The clean world record is actually 10.01 set this year by Yoshihide Kiryu
#FACT
Ben Johnson ran 10.3 clean then he needed drugs to get to 10.1, then down to 10.0, then down to 9.9, then down to 9.8 then the historic 9.79. It says so in speedtrap by Charlie himself that's a -.5 drop over a span of years doing drugs. Desai Williams did drugs but yet only went from a clean 10.4/10.3 to 10.11 that's why he got so frustrated with Ben lol. People respond to drugs differently no one is the same.
Ben Johnsons progression on drugs. Both ben and desai ran 10.1 with wind on drugs

9.79 Ben Johnson 12/30/61 Seoul, South Korea September 24, 1988 +1.1
Didn't know that about Ben, thats huge progression, the 80's must have been wild for the sprints for those who actually did it.

You're misconstruing causality. You can't prove that all of Ben's improvement during that period was the result of drug use.
I don't give Charlie Francis any credibility anyway, like Victor Conte he is an attention seeker.
