Anyone who is using PED's would be foolish to welcome such open testing. Bolt is clearly proud of the fact the he is one of the only clean world class sprinters in the world. His dominance is simply a function of how unbelievably talented he is.

And Lance used to say he'd been tested more than any athlete on earth and never came up positive.

The one thing going for Bolt is he is 6' 5" or however tall he is. Never seen another sprinter with his build.

So I could see someone who is unlike any other sprinter doing something other sprinters haven't.
