I have seen several articles claiming that Nesta Carter had been among those positives and others not including his name.
Also, some articles say 5 athletes, some say 4, some say 4 athletes "including two sprinters".
Does anyone have more detail here yet?

Carter should have been nailed years ago. He might, just might, actually be "clean" this year.

Carter could be named because the Italiam Police did a procedure in MVP camp in Lignano, Italy. They found a bunch of supplements.
Actually he ran 9.87 this weekend in Madrid.
But I don't care..I know that 9.78 is not clean (I don't care if he did in Rieti)

Good point. So he is affiliated with that guy but personally didn't test postive ... and that's why he competed the other day.

The #5 is Demar Robinson (high jumper)and apparently the substance is steroids related.
The throwers were busted for Diuretics, and Asafa/Sherone for stimulants.

For years now, Powell has had a popular following there, which I could never figure out, because it is contrary to the massive racism that exists in Italy.
Now they're all over him likes flies on shxt, because there are many different factions at work in Italy.
It may as well have been Powell who released the statement that he put his trust in someone, and they let him down.
What I do know is that if the Italians somehow choose to bring criminal charges against any of these athletes, that they will be in a heap of trouble, because the Italian legal system is a complete mess.
Carter has been doping since 2008.

The Italiens were historically really corrupt and lax about doping. This has changed quite a bit recently. AFAIK doping/substance abuse is considered a federal crime over there and police regularly performs security sweeps. The cyclists don't feel safe over there anymore...
