I'm talking about 85%-90% cacao dark chocolate. The kind that is bitter and contain very little sugar. I've heard dark chocolate working with weight loss and want to try it.
This is what I am going to eat.
For breakfast, I eat, potato(sweet and regular white potato), onion, and white rice.
For morning snack, 1 bar of dark chocolate throughout.
For lunch, potato, onion, and white rice.
For dinner, white rice and curry with potato and onion.
Throughout the day, I eat several oranges, bananas, peaches, pears, and broccoli.
I also go cycling everyday for about 1.5-2.5 hours and long tempo pace. If I'm tired, I take it easy, but most days, steady hard effort. I also do some push ups throughout the day totaling 30-60 a day.
I weight 165lbs right now and see if my dark chocolate will help me lose weight.
