My 800 pr is way better than my 1500 pr (2:10/ 4:44). The thing is, I've only raced the 1500 twice in my career, early on in the season. My 400 speed isn't that fast (57.5) was Should I make the transition to the 1500? I think going sub 4:30 is very doable. I love the 8, but really need the speed if I want to run 2:08 or faster. Any tips with lifting or plyos?
