yikes, i don't even know who mulder is. and lol, i went with jock on the flotrack predctions. i bet he was up front for 600m though like an idiot
-
Mulder should be in the mix for the last spot on the team to Moscow. Big PR for Centro, looks like he is rounding into shape nicely for the championship season. Wheating is coming along, too.
-
Come on Wheating get it together already. What is wrong with him? Sure its slight progress but he's been nowhere near his 2010 shape ever since that year. This is going on the third year of futility for him now, I was expecting him to be a constant contender on the world stage by now, he's such a talent but the last couple years has been pulling a Webb (albeit not nearly as bad)

it's not that uncommon for people to be really good for a year or two then never get back.
i could write a list but the character count would be over the max -
That's what an injury-plagued career will do to you, ya doof.

Man Webb wasn't kidding when he said his wife probably has a better chance of making USA's than he does.
-
I feel bad for Lindsay Allen. This girl has not looked good for several years but she keeps plugging away.

Yup.
-
On Sunday, April 28, Cranny sped to a 4:15.07 1500m for third place in an open race in the Payton Jordan Invitational at Stanford University in California. The time, equivalent to about a 4:33 mile, makes Cranny the third-fastest high school girl ever in the 1500. -
Isn't the Cain 5k about to start?
To bad there's not a video of this on the free internet. -

they might be behind schedule - flotrack twitter says the m 5k is on the track now -
Cain's 5K about to start right now.
I hope she goes for the IAAF A standard and not just 15:45 -

I can't see her doing the 5000 at worlds, can you? the 1500 is a crapshoot - anyone in the final has a shot. But the 5000 is more better runner wins. And she isn't anywhere near the best in the 5. -
Why did Salazar take in Puskedra?
-
Cain 2:30 through 800m

Updates, great. Keep them coming please.
