A quick calculation gives me 45 sec 400 being 18.7 mph.
Is that close enough to 20mph to call it?

45 seconds a lap is about a mile (1600m) in 3 minutes.
Last time I checked, that's 20 mph.
How is it possible that two people have both done a simple math problem incorrectly? I thought everyone on Letsrun was of above average intelligence.
