We've all done the 20 x 400m, but do people ever do 50 x 200m, or 100 x 100m? What is the shortest distance/most reps you've heard of or done?

I have done 30 x 80m sprints on the track with 20 seconds jogging a few times, contrary to belief these type of workouts are really beneficial for long distance runners.
We did 40x200 every other week in high school. That was pretty standard .

I've done 50 x 100m once.
200 x 100
It was crazy. I feel special

Shortest was 50m intervals. Workout was sprint 50m/float 50m.
It's a brutal sharpening workout. I was only able to manage 5 laps of it.
Most reps (personally) was probably 25. I did a 200m on/200m off workout, for 10k.
Most reps I've ever heard of was 100 x 100m. I remember my coach telling me the cross country stud at a neighboring high school did workouts like that. Not sure of the details though.
I routinely had to do 80x200m alternating 29-30s with 32s, 100 jog between 200s. With warmup and cooldown combined, that track workout would come out to ~16 miles.

This^^ It was a marathon on a track
I did something like 36 300s at marathon goal pace with 100 break. So, for me I was doing the 300s in 60 and the 100s in 30. I always wanted to get to 50 of them. I think if I really was ready to run 2:20, I could have. Alas....
18 x 300 at faster than mile race pace
If those were actual sprints then it's way too much volume with not nearly enough recovery.
A handful of flying 30's / 60's with a couple min rest at least would be more appropriate.
