I accidentally slept about 6 of the 9 hours last night on my left side instead of on my back. I feel OKAY now, but how will this hinder my 5k performance on sunday?

I think most people tend to overpronate on the side they sleep on. For you, I estimate 24:14-25:21.
Track or road?
You slept on your side?!?! For 6 full hours?!?!?!
No way in hell you will be able to run even close to decent for at least the next month. Go ahead and forget about your upcoming 5k. I recommend you go see a chiropractor quickly to see if you have any permanent damage, and if not see if you can fix the damage you caused. I'll pray for your recovery.
Road, finishing last 400m on track.

You will probably be suffering from a deviated felange if you are not careful, not to mention what it will do to your thyroid.

Too bad about that track finish. DNF, horrible crash into the stands on the last curve caused by your nocturnal error.
