Wow.
False.
Can't wait to see the King back in action! Requesting a pace like that must make him think he's in sub 26:40 shape at least. This could be a very special race! Will be interested to see how Mo does in this race. He's never laid down any very impressive times always just relying on a slow pace and kick. His two year reign may very well be ending within the week, gonna be exciting to watch!
This is a clever ploy by the Bekele bros to tire out Farah leaving Tariku to hang back and then swoop in for the win.
As if Farah ever races up front near the lead. In every one of his races he hangs back until the last mile.

I requested "no mayonaisse" when I purchased take-out from McDonalds last night. I got home and found mayonaisse on my hamburger. I threw it out.
Good, I hope Bekele destroys Farah.

I especially loved the part where you posted a link to a credible source.
You're not witty, edgy, or unique for being random.
Now we see why rupper isn't in this, didn't want to get crushed by the fast pace so per usual he ducks the competition. Good to see Farah is man enough to run it by I foresee the pace being too fast for him as well especially since he's clearly not in top form and hasn't looked good all year. Can't wait to see bekele back in action, I'd love to see him crush the field in 26:30
Farah is the luckiest Olympic gold medalist ever. If coincidences had not been in his favor, he would have been bronze at best. Old Haile, No Jellien (spelling?), an inexplicable absence of top Kenyan talent, and a beat up Keninesa Bekele = lucky Farah. If Bekele is in any kind of shape, Farah doesn't stand a chance.
it shalst be a battle of men
Agreed, farah is going to feel like a silly boy after this race is over.

Rupp isn't running the 10k because it's too close to nationals and he can't wear himself out too bad, especially if he intends to double again.
To the other poster, I agree Farah definitely had some luck that contributed to his double gold, but he was without a doubt the best 5k/10k runner in the world in 2012. He led the last 700m of the 5k final in London and just outran everybody. If there were better runners than Farah on that day, they lost because of bad tactics and that's their own fault.
Asks for 13:18 , probably gonna be more like 13:24
Who's pacing?
Rupp
