I was planning on doing 4 mile tempo - 3 min rest - 3 mile tempo
However I had a bad side stitch that stopped me so I only ended up doing 3 mile tempo - 2 min rest - 1 mile @ tempo pace.
Should I try a 4 mile tempo this afternoon, 12x400 (I have 0 speed right now), or something else?
(btw I'm training for 8k-10k XC)
